Hello beautiful people,
I don’t have much time today, but I want to let you all know that I am in Runcorn, serving in a trio with Sisters Suzarte and Estamante. They are from Portugal and the Philippines. So yes, the diversity is still real.
I really do have an instant love for the members of the Runcorn Ward and would love to serve here for longer, however, I do feel as though Chester has been left unfinished. I’m not sure what I want, but I hope that I will be able to have a sufficient amount of time in each area. I am definitely learning to adjust my cynical, pessimistic nature, look outwards and to recognise the Lord’s hand in each day. It has been difficult, but I have received so many tender mercies in the day that have really uplifted me.
The perks of being with the Sister Training Leader have come to fruition as I am now going to be in the opening night of the British Pageant. More information about the performance can be found at ldsbritishpageant.co.uk.
Much love,
Sister Turnbull
